If your order has not been delivered for any reason, arrives damaged, or is only partially received, we are committed to issuing a full refund within 30 days or resending the purchased medication.
The maximum delivery time is 21 business days from the shipping date, depending on your selected delivery method. If you do not receive your purchase within this timeframe, or if it is held at customs or returned, please contact us immediately for resolution.
You are eligible to return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date if:

- The product received is not what you ordered.
Please ensure that the product is returned in its original, undamaged packaging with all accessories. All returns must be coordinated with our support team in advance.
